The client
La Agencia IA offers artificial intelligence and WhatsApp automation solutions for aesthetic clinics — AI agents that answer inquiries and book appointments in seconds. Their site was built on GoHighLevel, a builder platform that limits direct code access and requires working through platform-specific configurations and prompts.
The challenge
The site had major technical SEO gaps: no complete metadata, no sitemap, no file for AI crawlers, and it didn't even have a functional navigation menu. On top of that, the blog lived mixed in with other sections instead of having indexable individual articles.
What was done
- Complete metadata: titles, descriptions, and Open Graph tags optimized for every key page on the site.
- Sitemap.xml: generated and submitted to Google Search Console to speed up indexing across all pages.
- llms.txt file: implemented for AI crawlers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) — an emerging standard few Spanish-language sites have adopted yet.
- PageSpeed Insights improvements: performance tweaks to improve load-speed scores on mobile and desktop.
- Navigation menu (hamburger): the site didn't have one — it was designed and configured within the constraints of the GoHighLevel builder, via prompts and platform settings.
- Independent blog: the blog was separated so each article had its own indexable URL, instead of living mixed within other site sections.
Professional Meta setup
The work also covered the organization of La Agencia IA's business presence and advertising foundation within the Meta ecosystem. The completed setup included:
- Professional Meta portfolio: setup and organization of the business environment and its assets.
- Advertising account: creation or configuration of the asset used to manage the brand's advertising.
- Instagram connection: connection of the professional account to the portfolio and corresponding assets.
- Meta Ads: initial advertising setup and preparation of the environment used to manage the company's campaigns.
This scope documents asset and advertising-structure setup. It does not attribute sales or campaign performance that has not been measured and independently validated.
The technical detail: working inside a builder
Unlike an open-code project (React, Next.js, etc.), GoHighLevel doesn't allow touching the code directly. Every optimization was achieved through the platform's configuration tools and specific prompts to adjust metadata, structure, and behavior — a different kind of work from traditional development, but just as technical in its approach.
Result
The site went from lacking basic SEO elements (no sitemap, no structured metadata, no functional navigation) to having a solid, scalable technical foundation: a better PageSpeed Insights score, properly indexable content, and a presence ready for both traditional search engines and the new AI crawlers. The company also received an organized Meta portfolio, connected Instagram account, and an advertising account prepared to operate through Meta Ads.
